Good value and easy to reserve online. Five stars because of customer support I received when calling on the day of my reservation with a question. Unfortunately I can't remember his name to give a shout out!

Straight forward easy website .

I booked a car and collected from Orlando airport to be told that the third party company gotrentals had but the wrong car catergory so I didn’t get the size car I booked and paid for unless I paid another $300 which I didn’t. I tried many time to contact gotrentals via the online form and even ringing while I was in the USA and left messages for them to contact me back and I’ve still not heard anything! I’ve used gotrentals at least 8 times for our USA rental and never had any problems but I don’t think I would use them again as you don’t know what a company is actually like until you have a problem and I have to say this as been very disappointing to say the least

I have just booked a car for our ski trip from Lyon. So far everything has been smooth, and the tariff charged seems fair. Hopefully no surprises later :)

Couldn't be easier ! No silly third party adverts or interference. Booked my car in 3 minutes !

Warning....it leads you to believe you are picking up from a specific location, but once paid it changed. Cancellation is free, but although it takes 2 minutes to pay them it takes 10 days to repay you.

Don’t use these cowboys!!!!
They left us stranded at Barcelona airport on 30/12/22 after a clause with Alamo’s policy, which they weren’t aware of (if you don’t collect your car within 2 hours of your stated time they re-rent it out again, even though we had booked and paid for the vehicle for a week. Not ideal when flights are delayed all the time.
Alamo refused to help us and go rental said they would call around to get us another car. 4 hours later and many calls they said they couldn’t help us and blocked our phone numbers so we couldn’t contact them.
We then had to try and source car hire at the airport with additional expense.
We have now received a refund from go rental after having to contact them numerous times again, but we have had a “ no show” fee deducted from our refund.
Will never use Go rental or Alamo again
